Before you read/write a bad review, know that this app accesses ViewMyMessage.com. And if you've ever received an MMS before, you know that this server is riddled with problems. It crashes, it goes down, it loses your messages. And we have no control over this. If you have troubles with our app, wait a few minutes for the server to get over whatever issues it is having and try again. If you continue to have issues, try turning on manual mode in the settings. It's less convenient, but you may have better results. And don't hesitate to email us with any questions or suggestions you have.
Retrieving MMS images on your iPhone is all but impossible (yeah, I suppose you could write the login details down, but who has time for that? I threw away my pen & paper when I bought my iPhone).

With MMS Buddy, there are no long, ugly MSG IDs and Passwords to remember, and nothing to write down. You simply take a screenshot of the login info, fire up MMS Buddy, and MMS Buddy handles the hard part for you!
Once you have an image downloaded, it's automatically saved to MMS Buddy's library, where you can see the message details (Sender, Date, Subject, and Message), or easily save any of the images to your Photo Roll for safekeeping.

Chances are, there's a problem with your message on the server. Our app can only download what's available on the server. If you encounter a message that you're able to view via viewmymessage.com, but not our app (within a few minutes of each other, that is), please email us at support@phase2games.com and let us know.
Currently, MMS Buddy can only retrieve image files. Audio and video files are not yet supported, and may cause an error message.
Also, MMS Buddy only works if you actually receive the text message notification of a new MMS. If you aren't receiving notification, please contact your mobile carrier for technical support. Several users on family plans have mentioned that they need to upgrade to an iPhone individual messaging account to receive MMS notifications.
